  She has 20 years of experience in the economic and financial business direction both public and private and more than 15 years of experience in the field of economic promotion. Founder and director of INGENIO, Leadership School. Usual lecturer in Universities and Business Schools, international speaker, member of the consultant platforms, speakers and researchers in the field of business and education PENSUM and INGENIOExperts.

  Visiting professor in the University of Lleida, academic collaborator of the Executive MBA of the University of Barcelona (UB), of EUNCET and of ADEN Business School in LATAM.

  She has participated in government agencies of different professional and/or business associations, being member of the Young Chambre Internacion de Catalonia administration, territory of Lleida, the period between 1995-1997. In 2002, she founded the Entrepreneur Women Association, named ADELL. In 2005, she founded the Business owners, Professionals and Managers Association FUNDE, being the secretary until 2006 when she was elected president of the association (2006-2013). In 2011, she joined the plenary session of the Chamber of Commerce of Lleida and the Government Council of the Confederation of Business owners of Lleida, with representation in Foment del Treball and in the CEOE.
