  She initiated her career in the consultancy of the Alcatel Group discovering in that activity her passion: contributing to the creation of companies at the size of the people, where they can develop and commit themselves happily in their projects.

  In her 25 years of professional career, she has developed a versatile profile with which she addresses her interventions:

  • In an individual level, she has carried out identification programs and development of the potential, the traineeship of directive skills and executive coaching.
  • In a group level, she has been in charge of training improvement teams, high performance teams and she has developed a methodology of auto diagnose of groups which she uses in coaching processes of teams.
  • In the business level, she realizes strengthening organization projects supported by perception studies, change programs, engagement improvement and labor climate, culture integration in fusions and the unfolding of internal communication.

  She has created Enjoy DIVERsity© (www.enjoydiversity.eu), a practical and intuitive model which puts psychology at disposal of any professional in order to facilitate interpersonal knowledge, empathy, cordiality in the relations and team work. In 2009, she published her first book “Tan distintos y Tan iguales” (So different and so equal) and these days she is preparing two more books about organizational and coaching development.
