From the beginning of his professional activity, 25 years ago, he has carried out different functions related to sales, marketing, people direction and traineeship.

He carried out different positions in the Direction of consultant companies in the fields of sales, marketing, quality and organization, human capital and environment. Besides, he continuously imparts, seminars, workshops of commercial and directive training about communication, consulted sale, business boost, presentations, leadership, motivation and negotiation. He trained more than six thousand professionals and he has imparted hundreds of courses and conferences.
He collaborated with different associations and universities as a usual lecturer, being member of some of the conference platforms such as Top Ten Business Management, Ingenio Experts or Speakers Academy.
He has written the books “Gestion de la Calidad en las Funciones” (Management of the Foundations Quality). “Pildoras para el Éxito en la venta” (Pills for sale success) and “Impulsa tu Negocio de Coaching” (Boost your Coaching Business).
His concern for the development of the people and his authentic vocation for interpersonal communication, has lead him to introduce himself to the field of Coaching, training himself in the process of Coaching and going deeper in the traineeship of Executive Coaching, of Business and Sport. He is also Practitioner in Neurolinguistics Programming. He is currently carrying out his position of entrepreneurs’ Coach, Business owner, Directives and Professionals of Sale.
He is member of IAC, Gold Supporter of Coachville USA and general secretary of AEECO (Associación Española de Empresas de Coaching) (Spanish Coaching Companies Association). He is professor of the Coaching and Emotional Intelligence Master and of the Practitioner in PNL in the University de la Felicidad. He is also Academic Director of Sweet Ágora.
