- Director and founder of Argelich Networks, independent consulting boutique in telecommunications and information technology, constituted in 1992. He was one of the youngest members of the organizing committee of the Olympic Games of Barcelona ’92, where he assumed the Direction of the Technology of the IX Paralympic Games.

  - Since the ending of 1992, he has been acting as a consultant in different companies and organizations in the efficient implementation and utilization of new communication solutions. Expert on convergent IP networks and unified and collaborative communication solutions. He has designed and developed innovative tele communicative projects, from Contact Centers, to corporative networks and voice, data and video campus. Also, he has a wide experience in business negotiation of big contracts with telecommunication operators and the optimization of costs (Telecom Expenses Management). Since 2006 he is member of the directive council of the Society of Communications Technology Consultants International, the biggest world association of independent telecommunication consultants. Two years he has devoted as his vice president and six as the president of its international relations committee. Before the Games, he worked as responsible of the telecommunications of the nuclear power plant in Asco. He regularly participates as speaker in national and international congresses and imparts seminars about leadership, change, motivation and negotiation related to information technologies, society of knowledge and world network. He is married to Maria Eugenia and father of six children.
